Rachael Cook. Cook (born October 4 in 1978) is an American actress. She has starred in the films The Baby-Sitters Club (1995) She's All That(99) as well as Josie and the Pussycats (2000) and in the television series Into the West and Perception. Tifa lockhart voices her. Rachael Leigh Cook was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of Thomas Howard Cook, a social worker, who was also a stand-up comedian as well as JoAnn Cook, who is a cooking teacher and weaver. She is of part-Italian descent. Cook was first seen first in a public service advertisement for foster care at seven years old. She began her career as an infant model when she was 10, appearing in national ads for Target and on Milk-Bone dog biscuit boxes. She was a student at Clara Barton Open School. Laurel Springs School.
