 Milana Aleksandrovna Vayntrub - American comedian, actress and activist She was born in the Soviet Union to Jewish immigrants and started her career shortly after immigrating from Israel to the United States as a child actor. From 2013 to 2016, she was the AT&T salesperson Lily Adams, and since 2020, she has been the AT&T saleswoman Lily Adams. Her fame was boosted due to her appearances in TV commercials. Commercial appearances weren't her only activity she was involved in. She was also a part of the Yahoo! Screen science fiction show Other Space (2015). Also, she was regular on the NBC drama This Is Us (2016–2017). Vayntrub is also the voice of Squirrel Girl in the Marvel Rising franchise since 2018 after she was cast as the character in the unaired TV pilot of New Warriors. Vayntrub was Jewish born in Tashkent, Uzbek Soviet Socialist Republic. Her parents and her were exiled from antisemitism by the age of two. They settled in West Hollywood. She started performing in Mattel Barbie commercials at the age of five, due to her family's financial problems. Vayntrub briefly attended Beverly Hills High School. But, she quit her sophomore year, and subsequently obtained a GED. Then she went on to earn the Bachelor of Arts degree in communication from the University of California San Diego. She learned how to perform improv from the Upright Citizens Brigade.
